Cancellations under 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are considered late cancels and billed at 50% of the booking total.
Cancellations or changes under 8 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are considered late cancels and billed at 75% of the booking total.
Cancellations or changes under 6 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are considered late cancels and billed at 100% of the booking total.
Modifications to trips under 3 hours are subject to a Rush fee or subject to wait-time charges (pick up time will remain the same and wait time will begin).

Cancellations or changes on arrival flights within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are billed at the full amount of the booking total.
Modification to departure pick-up times within 24 hours are subject to a Rush fee or subject to wait-time charges (pick up time will remain the same and wait time will begin).

All the SUV models accommodate 3-4 passengers comfortably; however, it can allow up to 5 adult passengers upon request. All vehicles are equipped with chilled bottle water as a courtesy.

All the sedan models accommodate 1–2 passengers comfortably; however, it can allow up to 3 if one is a small child that has outgrown a child seat, upon request. Lincoln Aviator models offer more legroom to passenger and an oversized trunk, luggage capacity is limited to 2–4 suitcases in all models depending on size.
